Walking Trails

We have worked with a range of clients on design, construction, and maintenance of a range of walking trails within local parks and reserves and National Parks. Our experience has included redefining overgrown trails, removing, and replacing timber steps, installing small bridges using FRP and full regrade with imported VENOM material. Our walking trails aim to provide a safe user experience that reduces impacts of foot traffic on our local environment. Our trails are designed in with the natural features of any site including surface rocks and tree roots to ensure seamless integration of our works.

Description:

We delivered approximately 2.2km long loop trail at the top of Mount Remarkable in Mount Remarkable National Park through very challenging rocky terrain. The trail offered a point of difference and alternative route for hikers who previously had to follow a fire management road to the summit. The National Park sees thousands of visitors each year and the trail is now one of the mainstays in the trail network with South Australia.
